hand-built bowl in charcoal black clay body, multi color underglazes inside, sgraffito geometric doodle, celadon layers. micaceous white clay slip outside over carvings, not glazed. I’m really thrilled with how this piece came together - a series of experiments as always, it’s maybe the closest to replicating my 2D doodle aesthetic. but as a vessel!
